I thought this would be a great way to keep everyone updated on things going on with our Family! Carson turned 2 in August and he is truly the light of my life. Hannah joined our family in October and is such an amazing and sweet little girl! She is the perfect person to round out our family. It's a crazy life but I wouldn't change it for anything in the world! We have been truly blessed and are very lucky!
Carson had his very first experience at the donut shop a few weeks ago... After a banana and orange for breakfast first of course! Needless to say - he loved them! He also got to take a picture with B. isn't she beautiful? I think so! Do sweet too! She sent Carson home with some little people toys to play with. I was so happy to see how willing she was to pass them on to Carson! At the very bottom is a picture of Carson with our friends dog Kyra. Dax is usually the more friendly dog and kyra usually barks... Ryan was a little worried about her with him bc she usually plays tougher with the older kids but they ran around like crazy and got along great while Dax curled up with me.
So as a part of my 2012 New years resolution I am doing a 52 week organization/ de-clutter challenge. The objective is that you tackle 1 small project at a time. This week is counter tops (pictures to come at the end of the week) making sure things that are out have a purpose. I have done a few other things in addition such as cleaning out my oven (see above!)and organizing my very small laundry room in order to get a jump start on next weeks challenge - kitchen cabinets.
Our little helper was working hard on Christmas doing temp checks with daddy! He did loose his balance and face planted in the produce section... No crying and just hopped up to keep going! So tough!
Carson had tubes put in last week. What an amazing baby! So tough! The results of his ABR were better than the hearing specialist had hoped (testing took almost 2 hours so we were getting nervous!) and the results have been great. Carson has started repeating things and is following directions! Awesome news for our family!
